Kherson residents urged to leave as Russian attacks threaten power and heating

Regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin urged residents to leave the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson on Thursday as Russian strikes damaged a district heating plant and threatened prolonged power and heating outages.
